Operation Manager - FOH - Submit CV In English

SCOPE

Lead Front of House (FOH) setup and operation, including team preparation, equipment, SOPs and service standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Lead FOH setup and prepare the shop for opening.

● Source and coordinate suppliers for equipment, tools, packaging and shop supplies.

● Set up FOH workflow, SOPs, checklists and service standards.

● Coordinate equipment setup, testing and operation.

● Work with the Shop Manager to prepare and train the FOH team.

● Monitor FOH operation, service quality and customer experience.

● Identify operational issues and work with the team to solve them.

● Test and improve new equipment, products and operating processes.

● Develop practical FOH standards for future shops.

Miscellanceous

● Coordinate with suppliers, technicians and contractors during setup.

● Support purchasing, delivery and stock planning.

● Support the Shop Manager during the early stage after opening.

● Provide operation updates and improvement suggestions to management.

Education:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

● 2+ years of experience in F&B or Front of House operations.

● Experience in milk tea, coffee or beverage shops is preferred.

● Experience in sourcing, supplier management or new shop setup is a strong plus.

Other:

● Fluent in spoken and written English.
