About the Role
Clara Dao is a content creator with a global audience on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. She's known for honest content about confidence, beauty, body image and growing up. As Clara grows into an international artist and personal brand, we're looking for a Videographer + Editor to film and edit all the videos made at CDMedia.

What You'll Do
● Film and edit all CDMedia videos, including YouTube videos, TikToks, Reels, vlogs, podcasts and brand content.
● Plan shoots with the Creative Director and content team, covering the setup, lighting, angles and shot list.
● Set up cameras, lights and sound for studio and on-location shoots.
● Edit videos from start to finish, including cutting, music, sound, color, text and subtitles.
● Edit each video to fit its platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) in length, format and pacing.
● Edit English-language videos so the story and timing feel natural to Western viewers.
● Keep up with filming and editing trends on social media and bring new ideas to the team.
● Keep footage and project files organized and backed up.
● Hit deadlines and make changes based on team feedback.

What We're Looking For
● This role is open only to women and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
● 2+ years of experience filming and editing content for social media.
● Strong skills in both filming and editing. A portfolio is required.
● Good editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
● Know YouTube, TikTok and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) well, including what works on each platform.
● Good understanding of Western/North American pop culture, humor and current filming and editing trends.
● Good English, enough to read and understand English videos for editing.
● Comfortable filming personal and sensitive topics (like body image) with respect and care.
● Organized, reliable and able to work fast.
Nice to have:
● Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or music content.
● Experience working with creators, KOLs or artists.
● Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects).
