Mô tả công việc
- Initiate outbound communications to source prospective candidates for software engineering and other technical roles at varying skill levels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and complete job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Collaborate with hiring managers, People team members, and executives on the offer process, defining salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and schedule steps in the application process
- Using relevant recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and candidate assessment data, evaluating and refining current processes
- Establish a playbook for recruiting to take our talent acquisition methods to the next level.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- From 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting technical talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in executive search or direct sourcing is highly preferred
