Marketplace Operations Specialist

Operations & Performance Management

• Track and report daily KPIs for delivery services provided to e-commerce platforms and partners.
• Resolve operational incidents and escalate to the right level when needed.
• Work with logistics partners to handle warehouse and delivery issues.

Capacity & Cost Management

• Run weekly forecasting and capacity planning, working with the Operations team to maximize capacity.
• Reconcile penalties and compensation with partners every month.
• Project & New Service Delivery
• Review contract terms and plan new service launches with e-commerce platforms and partners.
• Coordinate Ops, Tech and Finance through pilot and go-live.
• Measure results after launch and propose improvements.
• Write process documentation (SOPs) for each service.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics/Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in last-mile delivery operations, e-commerce logistics, or operations project management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects (Ops, Tech, Finance) is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, with hands-on forecasting and capacity analysis. SQL is a plus.
• Solves problems calmly under pressure, prioritizes well, and knows when to escalate.
• Communicates well with platform partners and follows through until the work is done.
