Mechanical Design Engineer Interns/Fresher

6 Months Internship Training

• Technical expertise training: Computer Fundamentals [Operating System, Computer Networks etc.]/Mechanical Software Fundamentals [CAD, CAM, PDM, PLM, NPD]/ Engineering Metrology/ Engineering Drawing/ GD &T/ Engineering Materials/ Surface Treatment/ Casting Manufacturing process/ Extrusion and Forging/ Sheet Metal and Design Considerations/ Polymer Processing/ Manufacturing Processing/ Mechanical Tools: CREO, SOLIDWORKS... 
• Soft skills training in an international business environment.
• English communication training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the design and development of HVAC systems for building and industrial projects.
• Prepare HVAC drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, CREO, or similar design tools.
• Perform basic engineering calculations for cooling load, ventilation, ductwork, and piping systems.
• Support airflow, thermal, and energy efficiency analyses.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design compliance with technical requirements and standards.
• Participate in design reviews and project documentation activities.

Requirements for Intern/ Fresher:

·       Good Understanding of mechanical engineering  

·       Good Knowledge of CAD tools (Creo/AutoCAD/Solid Works) 

·       Basic understanding of manufacturing process and design of Sheet metal components 

·       Good Understanding on working Manufacturing drawing 

·       Knowledge of GD&T and tolerancing  

·       Good communication skills English 

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Fresh Graduates from Universities
