Participate in real-market investment trading operations using the company's proprietary systems and strategies.
Execute short-term and swing trading strategies across global financial markets.
Monitor market movements, identify trading opportunities, and make independent decisions within defined risk parameters.
Maintain detailed trade logs and participate in daily performance reviews to continuously improve execution quality.
Collaborate with the trading team to share insights and optimize collective performance.

High school diploma or above (Finance, Mathematics, Economics majors preferred).
Comfortable with computers and able to learn new software quickly.
Strong numerical sensitivity, fast reaction time, and clear logical thinking.
Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and able to follow rules consistently.
Basic English reading skills (enough to navigate financial platforms and news).
Previous experience in stocks or trading is a plus — but not required.
A team player who communicates clearly and contributes to group success.
Reliable, responsible, and committed to showing up on time.
Good character and no unhealthy habits.

Pre-employment training will be provided
Salary structure: Base salary + Allowances + Performance Commission
Base Salary: USD 230 /month + Allowances (Night Shift + Transportation): USD 70 /month = USD 300 /month
Performance Commission: Uncapped, directly tied to your trading results
Estimated Total Monthly Salary: USD 300 – USD 800+ (top performers earn significantly more).
