System Operations Engineer / Application Systems Support Engineer

•  Provide day-to-day operational support for WMS and related logistics systems, including CFS, STB, TMS and other internal business platforms.

•  Handle system exceptions, user-reported issues, data anomalies, permission problems and business interruption incidents.

•  Support releases, configuration changes, rollback preparation and post-release verification together with the development team.

•  Write and execute controlled SQL queries for data verification, issue investigation and approved data correction.

•  Maintain user accounts, role permissions, warehouse configuration and basic business master data.

•  Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, UiPath or similar RPA tools.

•  Prepare operations documents, issue-resolution notes, release procedures and knowledge base articles.

•  Coordinate with warehouse operations, business users, developers and infrastructure teams during incident handling and improvement work.

Education and Experience:

•  At least 2 years of experience in system operations, application support, IT support or software operations.

•  Familiar with Windows Server and IIS application operations.

•  Able to understand ASP.NET MVC or .NET Framework application systems and read logs to identify root causes.

•  Foundational SQL Server capability, including SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE and common data troubleshooting.

•  Experience supporting WMS, logistics, supply chain, ERP or warehouse systems is preferred.

•  Experience with Power Automate, UiPath or practical RPA implementation is preferred.

Job Skills and Competencies for this position:

•  Pragmatic, detail-oriented and careful when handling production data or operational interruptions.

•  Understands deployment files, configuration, connection strings, scheduled tasks, Windows Services and release support.

•  Familiarity with SQL Server Agent, stored procedures, indexes and performance troubleshooting is an advantage.

•  Familiarity with reporting, Excel import/export, PDF generation, ReportViewer, NPOI or EPPlus is an advantage.

•  Able to communicate clearly with business users and technical teams and explain issue investigation steps.

•  Awareness of production risk control, data accuracy and post-release verification.
