UI-UX Designer - 3 Năm Kinh Nghiệm - Thu Nhập Upto 28M - Tại Hà Nội

We are looking for an experienced UI-UX Designer to play an important role in our developing projects.. As a UI-UX Designer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Understand project requirements, do research and create wireframes, or full UI design
• Design the UI (user interface) for both Frontend and Backend.
• Design responsive layouts for web and mobile applications.
• Design based on UI templates , or from scratch.
• Conduct UX research and competitor analysis, and apply usability feedback to improve designs.
• Collaborate closely with other designers and work under the technical direction of developers.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to team members and clients.

• At least 3+ years of in-depth experience in UI-UX
• Proficient in Figma (required); experience with other design tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
• Proactive and detail-oriented; able to meet deadlines, iterate quickly on feedback, and resolve requests or issues fast and accurately.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with companies and projects in Japan
• Good English communication skill
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with no-code/low-code prototyping tools.
• Experience running user interviews or usability tests
