We are seeking a Software Tester (Manual QA) with a keen eye for detail and a passion for technology to join our Vietnam team. You will work across multiple client projects, making sure every website, app and workflow we deliver works as expected before it goes live.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of testing expertise and technical curiosity, with the ability to thoroughly evaluate products, ensure quality, and collaborate closely with our development team to deliver innovative, high-performing solutions

Job description

Read and understand the Spec description document (document in English).
Develop a testing plan, create test cases, and prepare input data.
Write test cases, can review test cases of team members.
Perform the following test: Manual UI test, API test, Mobile/Web test, Performance test.
Run program tests/Query data in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cassandra
Log bugs, evaluate bug severity and track bug status in JIRA according to the team’s workflow
Review failure analysis results and implement changes that limit and/or eliminate the causes of failure
Submit daily work reports.
Assisting other team members and associated with IT and Business team
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in testing
Ability to read, understand, and write test cases in English
Detail-oriented and hardworking
Solid understanding of software testing processes (STLC/SDLC) and test design techniques such as equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis and decision tables
Hands-on experience in API testing with Postman or similar tools
Ability to write basic SQL queries to verify data
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Good communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
Nice to have
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or Appium
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6
ISTQB Foundation Level certification
Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to support test design and test data generation, or experience testing AI-powered features
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Information Technology or a related field

Salary range 15 - 20M gross VND
Additional 13th month salary
