Job Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong Full-Stack development skills and a good understanding of manufacturing operations to join our development team.

Candidates with previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, factory IT/engineering teams, MES, production systems, or industrial software projects are strongly preferred. A good understanding of production processes, production tracking, traceability, line operations, work orders, production planning, quality processes, and shop-floor data will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Web Application Development using Node.js and JavaScript/React.js.
Development of systems supporting manufacturing and production operations.
Design application architecture, API structure, database interactions, and system integration.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, scalability, and security throughout the development lifecycle.
Ensure database solutions are reliable, scalable, and optimized for high-performance applications.
Implement appropriate strategies for large datasets, high concurrency, and transaction management.
Participate in meetings and discussions with colleagues or stakeholders.
Have experience working in a factory environment

Technical Requirements

2+ years of professional experience in web/application development.
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Node.js
- React.js
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- RESTful APIs
Experience with real-time technologies such as:
- WebSocket / Socket.IO
- MQTT
- Redis Pub/Sub
Good experience with relational databases:
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
Experience developing and optimizing applications for high concurrency and high performance.
Experience deploying and operating applications on Windows Server.

We are looking for an engineer who can take ownership of a feature or system end-to-end — from understanding the business requirement, designing the solution, developing the front-end and back-end, optimizing the database, deploying the server, and supporting the system in production.
