AI Product Trainer/Customer Success

ABOUT ORTHEX AI
Orthex AI is an AI-powered product designed to help users work more effectively with AI. We are looking for a Product Trainer who can explore the product hands-on and help users get the most out of Orthex through demonstrations, training sessions, and practical, easy-to-follow learning content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use Orthex AI hands-on to understand its features, workflows, and practical use cases.
• Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations and training sessions, explaining features and workflows in a clear, user-friendly way.
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, training slides, and step-by-step instructional materials.
• Prepare scripts and record product demos, tutorials, and screen recordings; coordinate the publication of videos on the Orthex YouTube channel.
• Collect user questions, feedback, and common challenges, and work with the
• Product/Development teams to update learning materials and improve the user experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Training, Software Training, Product Support, Application Support, Customer Success, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI and software products, with the initiative to explore products hands-on and quickly learn new features.
• Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain product features or technical concepts simply.
• Comfortable conducting online/in-person demos and training sessions, appearing on camera, and creating clear, well-structured documentation.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, patient, collaborative, and able to communicate in English.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience using AI tools, SaaS products, or other software products.
• Basic video recording/editing skills and familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Loom, OBS, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of software or product development.
