About the Role
Clara Dao is a content creator with a global audience on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. She's known for honest content about confidence, beauty, body image and growing up. As Clara grows into an international artist and personal brand, we're looking for a Content Assistant / Specialist to help create and share her content every day.

What You'll Do
● Support the Senior Content Specialist with daily content tasks and report on your work regularly.
● Post content on time on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, following the content calendar.
● Write simple captions and pick hashtags and cover images for each post.
● Make compilation videos (glow-ups, transformations, before and after, etc.) from Clara's existing videos and photos. Each one needs a clear idea behind it.
● Edit and put videos together with easy tools like CapCut, adding music, text, transitions and subtitles.
● Keep all files and posting schedules organized and easy to find.
● Keep an eye on beauty and social media trends and share ideas with the team.
● Track basic results (views, likes, comments) after posting and share them with the team.
● Help out at shoots when needed.

What We're Looking For
● 1–2 years of experience in content, social media or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome.
● Good taste in beauty. You understand makeup, skincare, fashion and what makes a glow-up exciting to watch.
● Can edit short videos in CapCut or similar apps.
● Good time management. You never miss a posting deadline.
● Organized, careful and detail-oriented. You check everything before it goes live.
● Uses TikTok, Instagram and YouTube a lot and knows how each one works.
● Good English for reading, writing captions and understanding Western content.
● Responsible, quick to learn and open to feedback.

Nice to have:
● Experience working with creators, KOLs or beauty brands.
● Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop or Premiere Pro.
