OPEN POSITIONS

Product Specialist

Compensation: VND 12–35 million/month + performance bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Work directly with manufacturers and proactively research and develop a thorough understanding of their products and technologies.

·       Develop and update product documentation, including brochures, user manuals, technical specifications, technical compliance requirements, and product comparison tables.

·       Develop pricing and prepare configurations for purchase orders.

·       Provide product knowledge training to internal departments and end users.

·       Introduce products, conduct demonstrations, and operate equipment; analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable configurations and solutions.

·       Support customers in healthcare, rehabilitation, sports medicine, sports science, education and research, fitness, and related fields.

·       Participate in and propose the organization of workshops, exhibitions, and company events.

·       Build and develop relationships with KOLs and customers.

·       Develop content and product communication channels for the company.

·       Provide post-sales customer support, product-use guidance, and coordinate with relevant departments to address requests.

REQUIREMENTS

PRODUCT SPECIALIST

·       Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy, Rehabilitation, Medical Physics, Sports Science, or a related healthcare or sports field.

·       Fluently in English.

·       At least 1 years of experience in a Product and/or Application role.

·       Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively.

·       Interest in healthcare, sports science, rehabilitation, nutrition, and new products and technologies.

·       Knowledge of and interest in healthcare, sports science, rehabilitation, nutrition, and new products and technologies.

·       Careful, detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic.

WORKING INFORMATION

·       Working hours: 08:30–17:30 | Monday–Friday (1.5-hour lunch break).
