Content Creation & Editing: Responsible for secondary creation (remixing) of UGC (User Generated Content) talking videos and live-stream highlights for the Vietnamese market. Edit and arrange raw footage based on scripts and platform characteristics. Perform highlight extraction and mixed editing of trending video materials to maximize utilization.
Visual Effects & Color Grading: Add and adjust visual effects, color correction, and filters to enhance visual appeal. Ensure overall visual consistency and adherence to brand style guidelines.
Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders throughout the video production process. Provide timely feedback on shooting and editing issues to ensure final video quality meets standards.
Asset Management: Handle and manage video assets and related files, including transcoding, backup, and archiving, to ensure a smooth workflow.
Other Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Experience: Proven experience in editing short videos for TikTok is highly preferred. Candidates must be familiar with TikTok platform rules, trends, and content style.
Skills: Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro (PR) and CapCut.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to review and analyze performance data; sensitive to metrics and trends.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Industry Knowledge: Keen interest and familiarity with the Beauty & Personal Care industry. Must possess a good aesthetic sense, accurately grasp video highlights, and apply creative editing techniques based on requirements.
Language: English or Chinese can be used as a working language (written/verbal communication).
