Manage daily property operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and related services.
Ensure service quality, property cleanliness, maintenance, and overall operational standards.
Handle tenant/guest complaints and build strong relationships with tenants and long-stay guests.
Coordinate with Leasing, Finance, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and business performance.
Manage service contracts, vendors, OPEX/CAPEX budgets, expenses, and revenue collection.
Recruit, train, coach, and manage the operations team; set KPIs and monitor performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and operational standards.
Prepare regular operational reports and support the Developer/Landlord in project handover activities.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance property value, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 3 years in a management role.
Experience in property/building management; experience in office buildings, serviced apartments, or hotels is preferred.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently, make decisions, manage multiple tasks, and respond flexibly to operational situations.

Meal allowance: VND 900,000/month.
Full statutory insurance: Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) based on the applicable salary.
Performance bonus and 13th-month salary.
