The Role

As an IT Business Analyst Intern, you will join the Product/Tech team in building our enterprise SaaS platform.

You will support BAs and Product in requirement analysis, flow design, business documentation and product testing. This role is ideal for those who want to grow toward IT Business Analyst, Product Analyst or AI/Automation Product BA.

What You Will Do

• Support the analysis and clarification of requirements from Product, Business Teams and Stakeholders.
• Learn the business domain of Amazon Ads, campaign workflows, reporting and automation.
• Support writing and updating business documentation: User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases and Functional Requirements.
• Draw and describe basic flows: User Flow, Business Flow, System Flow and API Flow.
• Work with Designers, Developers and QA to clarify feature logic.
• Support product testing against Acceptance Criteria.
• Research trends in SaaS, AdTech, AI Agents and automation workflows.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Final-year students or recent graduates in IT, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business IT or related fields. Candidates who are available to work full-time are preferred.
• Logical thinking, problem-analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand English documentation.
• Ability to present issues clearly in writing.
• Basic understanding of the software development process.
• Proactive in learning; asks questions when requirements are unclear.
