Product Development Engineer | Salary Up To 1,300 USD
Mô tả công việc
- Provide technical guidance and coordinate the resolution of issues arising during new product development to ensure R&D progresses smoothly.
- Coordinate quotations for new products and assess the required investment before initiating own-brand projects, providing cost analysis to support decision-making.
- Plan and coordinate the development, introduction, and transfer of new products; establish and monitor R&D schedules.
- Coordinate work assignments within project teams to ensure close coordination between product concepts, appearance design, structural design, and prototype production, while avoiding duplicate work.
- Assist the R&D Manager in preparing the R&D budget and controlling expenses to improve development efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver planning documents, 2D/3D appearance drawings, prototypes, R&D materials, production guidance documents, and other technical information to ensure that development results are traceable and suitable for production.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College degree or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email).
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Basic English or Chinese communication skills for work-related communication are preferred.
