ServiceNow ITSM Developer

We are looking for a talented ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join a large-scale enterprise IT service management project for a leading airline customer in Korea.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ITSM functionalities on the ServiceNow platform, including:
  • Incident Management
  • Service Request Management
  • Change Management
  • Problem Management
• Develop solutions using:
  • Client Scripts
  • Business Rules
  • Script Includes
  • Glide API
• Design and automate business processes using Flow Designer and Workflow.
• Customize and enhance Service Portal interfaces.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using IntegrationHub and APIs.
• Participate in CMDB and CSDM implementation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide system enhancements.
• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, and stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement solutions.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development or implementation.
• Strong experience in:
  • Client/Server-side scripting
  • Glide API development
  • Business Rules and Script Includes
• Practical experience with:
  • CSDM
  • CMDB
  • IntegrationHub
  • Flow Designer / Workflow
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more ServiceNow certifications:
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • CAD (Certified Application Developer)
  • CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM)
• Experience in CMDB/CSDM implementation or data integration.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT operation processes.
• English communication skills.
