Giám Sát Nhà Hàng - Supervisor

·         Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth coordination between Front of House and Kitchen while maintaining operational, hygiene, and safety standards.

·         Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate team members to deliver excellent service and strong product knowledge.

·         Deliver an outstanding guest experience by handling customer feedback and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.

·         Monitor sales, labor costs, inventory, and operating expenses to achieve restaurant performance targets.

·         Attend training sessions and team meetings, comply with company policies, and perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

·         Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.

·         At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

·         Strong teamwork and communication skills.

·         Passion for food, beverages, and customer service.

·         Intermediate English communication skills (job-related English training will be provided).

·         High school diploma or above.

·         Base salary: VND 8,500,000 – 10,000,000 + Service Charge: VND 1,000,000 – 4,000,000 + Tips.
